Jan Lamprecht, Before It’s News, March 4, 2013
“I killed them because they were white.” These famous words were spoken last year by William Kekana, who participated in one of the most horrendous incidents in which the entire family of Mr. Clifford Rawstorne was wiped out, consisting of his fiancée, baby, as well as his own mother. Even this massacre of an entire family would not have made headlines, were it not for the fact that one-year-old Kayla was executed on her very first birthday with a shot in the head. Needless to say, the two adult women were first raped before being killed.
What strikes me about the relentless killings of educated whites, is that the criminals are indeed “burning down the libraries” of this country and physically exterminating the intellectual class, much like Pol Pot did in Cambodia. No government spokesman has ever condemned such killings; so we may assume that the present regime is completely indifferent to them, where such killings do not enjoy their tacit support.
South Africa’s Minister of Safety and Security, His Excellency Mr. Charles Nqakula, whose official résumé proudly states that he was once “a waiter and wine steward”, has immortalised himself by euphemistically stating that there was no real crime problem in South Africa, except that it was “a little on the high side”.
At the height of apartheid under Hendrik Verwoerd, South Africa was almost as peaceful as Switzerland but she was immoral. Today we are the apotheosis of racial morality and political correctness, yet as violent as the Congo or Liberia. Crime our biggest industry—bigger than gold-mining or manufacturing—it also stimulates consumption as stolen goods are replaced; it is a boon to the insurance and security industries and ultimately makes surgeons and undertakers rich. The government earns billions of rands in Value-Added Tax on stolen goods being replaced with new ones. So crime pays.
During the time of National Party reforms in the seventies and eighties, the cliché “adapt or die” used to do the rounds. Nowadays, given the highest murder rate in the world, this should be modified slightly to read, “adapt and die”. For the endemic social violence in South Africa is probably incurable.
Optimists think that violent crime can be solved through better policing, more efficient courts and more secure prisons. Even assuming that such improvements were possible under conditions of hard-core affirmative action, it must be admitted that criminal justice treats the symptom and not the cause of social violence. The Department of Correctional Services, for one, has lost 496 out of 500 former Deputy Directors since 1994, representing most of the intellectual capital in the department. Newcomers may learn their job properly, or they may not, but they have to be flown to overseas countries to find out how prisons work as most of those previously involved in managing our prisons are no longer there.
South Africa used to have a problem of political violence. It was not as bad as elsewhere in Africa, but for some reason elicited hysterical international condemnation. However, actors in political violence are mostly driven by some sort of creed or belief system. Whether such a person is a communist, an anarchist, a neo-Nazi or an ethnic or religious guerilla fighter, he is usually amenable to persuasion or compromise. Even a group of Muslim suicide bombers might declare peace if they were given a territory in which to set up an Islamic theocracy, governed only by themselves and not subject to any outside influence.
In the same way, South Africa’s so-called liberation movements who were at one time fanatically convinced of the need for violent and bloody revolution, laid down arms and bombs upon being told that F.W. de Klerk would surrender power unconditionally. So living political violence is often intractable, but not impossible.
Not so social violence. Endemic crime, the breakdown of the social fabric, a sense of drift regarding norms of good conduct, point to a far deeper problem. The freedom fighter or urban terrorist is ultimately rational, despite a value system that normal society might find idiosyncratic.
But what is “normal society”? It is only the sum-total of behaviours prevalent in any given society at any given time. The Aztecs, infamously, practised daily human sacrifice to appease their sun god. It might revolt many of us today, but to them it was entirely normal. South Africa currently sacrifices about 87 humans per day to violent crime, or 32 000 per year. Those are only the ones who actually die. Scores of others are injured, maimed, traumatised, robbed, raped, burgled and so on.
However, some time ago a Johannesburg newspaper engaged in chronicling some local history in the suburbs of Westdene and Lakefield in Benoni. Nearly every resident had a story to tell, an entire litany of mayhem. Mr. John Gee miraculously survived a shot through the eye, but now feels traumatised. His wife says, “One lives in fear in one’s own home. One does not sleep. One prays for protection, yet only more fears come.”
But who are the authors of South Africa’s social violence? Even asking this question presents one wit! h a sense of discomfort, because most violent criminals in South Africa are young black men between the ages of 16 and 36. As one surgeon who had stitched together at least three child rape victims, two of whom were infants, said recently, “Probably white men commit such acts too; it is just that no-one in South Africa has come across such a case.”
Explanations for such deviancy are manifold. The ubiquitous answer of it being due to apartheid might have been satisfying if other African societies never subject to group areas and a homeland system did not display similar traits. The Congo, Liberia, Sierra Leone come to mind. There is a whole nature/nurture debate around black violence, except that no adherent of the “nature” side would publicly admit to being one, for fear of being branded a racist.
Even though mainstream American cancer research has conclusively shown that black men have higher levels of testosterone than their white counterparts, few would hazard the notion that this might be linked to their greater propensity for violent crime.
America has a gargantuan prison population of two million, over half of which consists of African-Americans. This is despite their minority status in the USA, comprising only 12% of an overall population amounting to 290 million.
South Africa could neither afford nor succeed, given the dire state of our criminal justice system, in jailing a similar number of black male offenders. Currently, only 10% of murderers in South Africa get arrested and only 6% are convicted. Any murderer therefore has a! 94% chance of getting away with it.
If by some miracle, all serious criminals in the country had to be caught and imprisoned, the prison population would surely treble or quadruple from the present 200,000, which is already high by world standards. Not only is such an improvement inconceivable under current conditions, but it would also be politically unpopular with the ruling ANC who would be incarcerating large numbers of young black males who are mostly its own supporters at the polls.
Few whites, if any, commit violent crime and there are only 3,900 of them in prison, mostly for white-collar offences such as fraud or insider trading on the stock exchange. All that remains in the world’s most violent society, is precisely to adapt and die. Twice as many South Africans of all races now die of murder than of road accidents—even though the road accident rate is also the highest in the world, surpassing that of Turkey. Crime extends to trade in driver’s licences, so that a large number of drivers use so-called “bought licences”, hardly a contribution to road safety.
There are some people naive enough to think that “something can be done about crime” in South Africa, mostly opposition politicians who dream about diverting funds from arms procurement to policing, but this would be futile. There are already three times as many private security personnel as state-employed policemen, and even they do not succeed in containing what has become Africa’s only peacetime killing field.
“I killed them because they were white.” These famous words were spoken last year by William Kekana, who participated in one of the most horrendous incidents in which the entire family of Mr. Clifford Rawstorne was wiped out, consisting of his fiancée, baby, as well as his own mother. Even this massacre of an entire family would not have made headlines, were it not for the fact that one year-old Kayla was executed on her very first birthday with a shot in the head. Needless to say, the two adult women were first raped before being killed.
Both William Kekana and his accomplice, Charles Fido Baloyi, fell into the high-risk group of young black (and Coloured) males who commit almost all violent crime in the country. South Africa actually has a Minister of Safety and Security, which to some might seem like an example of absurd humour. His Excellency Mr. Charles Nqakula, whose official résumé proudly states that he was once “a waiter and wine steward”, has immortalised himself by euphemistically stating that there was no real crime problem in South Africa, except that it was “a little on the high side”.
All in all, South Africa has got remarkably used to its new-found status as the crime capital of the world. The high-rise districts of Hillbrow and Berea in Johannesburg have been officially designated by Interpol as having the highest murder rate in the world, that is, 600 people per 100 000 population members per annum. Consider for a moment that such a figure represents 12 times the rate found in inner-city ghettoes in the United States, often seen as no-go zones by many Americans.
One British immigrant to South Africa who has survived three car hijackings, refuses to emigrate, stating that he is now accustomed to having Kalachnikovs pointed at him from pointblank range. Everyone knows a relative or friend who has been killed or at least subjected to some form of violent crime, and no South African can remotely imagine a society where people do not live behind razor wire, electrified fences, high walls, burglar bars and similar decorative props.
Outsiders might find our lifestyle bizarre, but many pundits in South Africa consider our society to be much more “normal” now than at any time in the past, which was tarnished by ethnic separation albeit without the present large-scale violence. At the height of segregation and apartheid under Hendrik Verwoerd, South Africa was almost as peaceful as Switzerland but she was immoral. Today we are the apotheosis of racial morality and political correctness, yet as violent as the Congo or Liberia. Surprisingly, however, our economy continues to function amid the carnage. No economist has ever studied this as far as I know, but not only is crime our biggest industry—bigger than gold-mining or manufacturing—it also stimulates consumption as stolen goods are replaced; it is a boon to the insurance and security industries and ultimately makes surgeons and undertakers rich. The government earns billions of rands in Value-Added Tax on stolent goods being replaced with new ones. So crime pays.
News about killings or shoot-outs no longer elicits the slightest surprise. It is part of our daily existence, and one assumes the lethal risks attending to something as simple as going shopping or driving to work. My wife, for example, has twice been to the local shopping centre where in the one instance a shoot-out was taking place in the parking area so that she had to hide between the cars with our 18 month-old son in her arms; in the second case an armed robbery had just taken place with the robbers casually strolling by with their guns and their loot.
Everyone knows someone who has been killed, raped or maimed. Just this week, the wife of a friend and former literary editor of Die Burger, François Smith, was stabbed to death with a screwdriver in their home in Wellington, near Cape Town. Her murderer was a 16-year-old squatter camp resident whose race was omitted by the press but presumably few, if any whites, reside in his particular squatter camp which is dedicated to black Africans. Lisbé Smuts-Smith was a well-known academic and head of the Afrikaans literature department at the University of Cape Town. Just two weeks ago, another UCT academic, mathematician Brian Hahn, was attacked by a former student, dr. Maleafisha Steve Tladi (35). Hahn died in hospital a week later, while Tladi was release! d on bail of R500 (about $80).
Two years ago Louw Rabie, a brilliant albeit reclusive geologist and brother of author Jan Rabie, was beaten to death with a fence pole by two Coloured men to whom he had lent some money a week earlier. Police in the small Cape town of Montagu readily caught his murderers because they happened to have drinking money during the week, taken from his home. He was 80 years old, but in good health. He is reputed to have been one of the most brilliant geologists and intellectuals this country has ever produced, writing copiously throughout his life but disdaining publication and public esteem. Africans with their oral tradition are fond of saying that “when an old person dies, a library burns down”.
What strikes me about the relentless killings of educated whites, is that the criminals are indeed “burning down the libraries” of this country and physically exterminating the intellectual class, much like Pol Pot did in Cambodia. The media are celebrating youth, dance, colour, being black and exuberant—as opposed to the quiet studiousness of middle-aged and elderly whites, the bearers of knowledge and understanding. Are these learned whites who are being killed in exuberant, paradisiacal outbreaks of violence simply the remnants of a civilisation that is being eradicated in the name of decolonisation? No government spokesman has ever condemned such killings; so we may assume that the present regime is completely indifferent to them, where such killings do not enjoy their tacit support.
Farming in South Africa is now arguably the most dangerous profession in the world with more than 1600 farmers murdered since 1994, often in macabre and dehumanising ways.
To the outside world, white South Africans are congenitally evil. If our murderers and rapists had been white and their victims black, Europe or the United States would long ago have sent an expeditionary force to put a stop to it.
At present, news of white suffering in South Africa inspires the occasional yawn in Western capitals. This is why a recent article in The Despatch, detailing the rape of a dog by three black men, gave me some hope that a chord will be struck somewhere in the coolly indifferent breasts of our fellow-Westerners.
Even if the lives of Louw Rabie, Brian Hahn, Lisbé Smuts-Smith, Kayla Rawstorne and tens of thousands of others are of no value to them, perhaps they will take pity on the mongrel bitch in Grahamstown that was recently raped by three black men. Cycling has become a popular sport in South Africa. However, its practitioners regularly get shot at by gangs of black youths in the street, so that many of them carry guns and knives for self-defence on their bicycles.
Members of the Johannesburg mountain-bike club were outraged a while ago when two cyclists, Scott and Lloyd Griffith, were charged with murder after an armed battle with their four black assailants, one of whom succumbed to his wounds. Most of the time, however, whites are helpless victims of crime.
The government has recently passed a new gun law which makes it difficult, if not impossible, to own a firearm. They have also abolished rural commandos of military reservists entrusted with crime-prevention in the country, without any police units replacing them. Occasionally the newspapers carry stories of crime victims successfully defending themselves against attacks, offering armed resistance. As a result of the new gun law, this will soon end and we shall simply be able to hide or flee from our assailants. Defending oneself against a marauding robber or rapist might be a manifestation of racism, and is therefore frowned upon as being a kind of “right-wing” response.
Being robbed of one’s vehicle or household belongings is now considered quite normal, and often people ascribe escaping with their lives to their own astuteness, such as being friendly to the robber, helping him load the effects into a vehicle, not looking him in the face so as not to recognise him afterwards, et cetera.
A friend of mine in Kempton Park kept up a reasonable conversation with the thieves emptying his house, tied up as he was with a gun pointed at him. He survived, although his elderly mother was badly roughed up and had to be hospitalised. In other instances, of course, people are not so lucky and they become just another murder statistic. Then they simply adapt and die.
*The first draft of this article was submitted to the British Spectator, which turned it down about a year ago. I have now updated it with references to more recent incidents. Probably no mainstream newspaper in South Africa will publish it, because it refers to the race and gender of violent criminals, which is taboo here as elsewhere in the Western world.
As George Orwell said, however, “during times of universal deceit, telling the truth becomes a revolutionary act”
In the interest of drawing attention to the anarchy that exists in South Africa, the author qualifies his copyright on this article and invites everyone to post it on his or her website, copy it and mail it to friends and mailing lists, translate it into other languages and to distribute it far and wide.
The only condition is that no element must be changed or censored.

A call upon International Intervention for the Injustice of the Boeremag Case.
More than 20 Men are accused of high treason against the Republic of South Africa and have been imprisoned since 2002.
More than 20 Boers have been subjugated in an exhausting court case for the past ten years.
During the trial it was testified that Government agents and Police agent provocateurs played a prominent roll in planning, orchestrating and instigating the events leading to the events of this case.
A former crime intelligence officer testified that the Boeremag was lured into a trap by informants working for the police’s Crime Intelligence Unit, who planted evidence and enticed the members to move from their initial defence strategy, into a militant organisation.
Ten of the accused are still imprisoned as “awaiting trial detainees” (for more than 10 years), with bail repeatedly denied. They are kept under inhumane circumstances worse than convicted prisoners, and they are not allowed any contact visitation for the past ten years.
The accused whose bail were denied, appeared in front of black judges, whilst the bail was granted according to Law to those who appeared in front of white judges.
One of the accused were subjected to the barbarian methods of torturing used by police and personally testified to this.
Eight of the accused have been divorced since the commencement of the case. Two are deceased, whilst one is terminally ill.
One of the accused is over the age of seventy and had a heart attack. He received a three vessel heart bypass, but bail was still denied thereafter.
The case has once again been postponed to the 11th of March 2013.
This case against these persons is an injustice and an offence against humanity. It is taking place in South Africa which is a member of the UN’s Safety and Security Council.
Please help us by sharing this information so that the International Community can take notice of this and insist on immediate rectification.
We thank you for your support!

Never before in history was the farce of what South Africa had become more evident than in yesterday’s State of the Nation address by “President” Jacob Zuma. The mumbling “President” obviously did not even go to the trouble of reading his speech beforehand as he struggled to read it out loud and mispronounced numerous words. It was a slap in the face of 50 million people.
But more so than his incoherent speech, was what he was trying to talk about:
• Gender equality was high on the agenda, with women’s rights a central theme. Yet, the “President” himself rules like a monarch over his four wives and one betrothed.
• Education was to be reformed – said the “President” who holds a Standard 3 certificate.
• Agriculture and land reform are key areas – said the “President” who earlier had admitted to being a herd boy for his grandfather’s goats in the Natal hills.
• Violence against women and children must be addressed – said the “President” who himself had been charged with rape and had escaped conviction when the complainant fled to Great Britain because of threats to her life.
• Corruption must be ended – said the President who manipulated the demise of the Scorpions during their investigation against him and Shabir Shaik; and who is desperately trying to keep the Arms Deal out of court.
• Crime and violence are top priorities – said the “President” who himself was the Head of Intelligence of Umkhonto we Sizwe during the reign of terror, deaths and torture in the ANC hell camps like Quattro.
• The economy is important – said the “President” who is building himself a grand R450 million Presidential Palace at Nkandla.
How dare you, Jacob Zuma? How dare you stand in front of Parliament and address millions of people with a smile on your face? How dare you not even try to hide your underlying smirks that Apartheid and the whites are to blame for all the country’s ills? You never said it out loud – but the underhand implications were there for everyone to see.
A clown in a second-rate circus couldn’t have done it better…

The Boeremag trial currently underway in South Africa has seen new defendants standing in the dock. Judge Eben Jordaan has found that Boeremag activist Tom Forster played a leading role in a rightwing coup plot back in 2002. Another accused is Dirk Hanekom. South African media reports that in total about 20 men have been charged with treason, murder, attempted murder, and additional charges including sabotage, terrorism, manufacturing explosives, and the illegal possession of firearms.
On July 11, 1963, the white regime of South Africa arrested ten leaders of the African National Congress and accused them of 221 counts of sabotage and of conspiracy to overthrow the government. That trial took less than two years and was known as the Rivonia trial – after the suburb of Johannesburg where the revolutionaries were arrested. They were sentenced to different jail terms. The leader of the group was a lawyer named Nelson Mandela who later became the first president in post-apartheid South Africa and a symbol of freedom and democracy for many people in the West and in the Third World.
This group enjoyed international support from day one. Although Amnesty International refused to recognize them as prisoners of conscience because of the terrorist aspects of their activities, the defendants became freedom martyrs for many around the world, because they wanted to put an end to the apartheid regime.
Thirty nine years later a group of Afrikaner activists called theBoeremag, or “Boer Force”, was arrested for an alleged conspiracy to create a separate state for their nation after what they saw as a planned discrimination and violent abuse of the white population of South Africa, which included widespread murder, rape, and robbery. The charges against them related to their desire for an independent state, which was considered by the State Prosecution as an act of treason. There were four actions of sabotage on their side with an involvement of five out of twenty three defenders. The rest found themselves behind bars for discussing ways of creating a Boer national state on a relatively small territory in South Africa.
Although all aspects of the Rivonia trial were criticized by different human rights organizations, some basic rules of fair game were exercised there. The Boermag trial arouses many more questions, but human rights groups are totally silent. They are busy in harassing the government of Russia and criticizing Israeli military rule in Judea and Samaria instead.
This trial will also make the Guinness Book of Records. It has taken the system ten years to bring procedures to the final verdicts, which are now being read out in length over the course of several days. Almost all of the defenders have already spent ten years in prison awaiting their verdicts. There is no precedent in the world for such judicial misbehavior.
Unlike the Rivonia defendants, the Boeremag prisoners were tortured and abused. Wilhelm Pretorius, a theology student 25 years old at the moment of his arrest in late 2002, is one of the Boeremag accused. He compiled an affidavit wherein the circumstances of his arrest are outlined: He was tortured by policemen in the ANC service for hours on end. It included continuous beatings, strangling, and “tubing” – a method whereby the victim is pinned to the ground, face downwards, whilst he is suffocated by a flat tire-tube being pulled over his mouth and jerked upwards until, in some cases, the back is damaged or broken.
After the arrests, the suspects were put in overcrowded prisons in filthy conditions – sometimes even without water. In their cells, they were subjected to continuous high-volume sound pollution until some of them suffered permanent ear-damage. On the way from prison to court and back, the prisoners were transported handcuffed, jerked around in the back of police vans. In one instance, this resulted in a serious back injury.
More than half of them have been found guilty already and the defense lawyers are not optimistic regarding the rest. Adriaan Jacobus van Wyk, a war hero in the 1980s, was found guilty last week. He told his friends in the courtroom, that “the system had broken all the principles of justice. While tens of thousands of whites in South Africa are getting murdered and raped on daily basis on racial hatred grounds, the media had been continuously accusing us of being racists. Yes, we wanted to reinstate a Boer republic, but not an apartheid regime. Why do the people of Zimbabwe or Lesotho have a right to their state and the Afrikaners are denied this right? Here is the real racism.”
It will take up to two months before we will know how much time the Boer activists will spend in prison. It looks like all of them will be found guilty of treason. The attempt to convince the judge that no treason can be applied in their case, because there were gross violations of the Constitution on the part of the De Klerk government first, had totally failed.
The Rivonia trial had led to a wide international campaign which brought Nelson Mandela to the office of South African President. Could it be assumed that the Boeremag defendants will be the future leaders of an independent Afrikaner state? Or they will be forgotten by the world and by their own people?
When lawyer for the accused Boeremag Paul Kruger brought the aforementioned violations of human rights to the attention of Amnesty International in Amsterdam, he never even heard from them again. This is because, when the ANC came into power, it seems that the world got what it wanted. Today, no one is concerned anymore about the plight of ordinary South Africans – neither black nor white.

Cops in uniform 'gang-raped me'
Johannesburg - A mother-of-three was allegedly “repeatedly” raped by two uniformed policemen in Kempton Park in the early hours of Sunday morning.
When he heard about it, Martie Olivier’s husband, Sarel, went to the Kempton Park police station and assaulted various police officers on duty before being brought under control.
He said they were unable to lay a charge of rape later that day because the police refused to take their statements.
Although rape victims are not normally identified, the couple gave permission for their names to be published.
The couple’s nightmare apparently began shortly after midnight. Olivier said he and his wife, 29, were at a braai at his parents’ house in Birch Acres on Saturday night, after which they went to a nearby pub for a drink.
Olivier said that on his way home, he drove into a driveway and out again as he made a U-turn. A marked police van suddenly stopped in front of the couple’s Toyota Run-X.
Two men in police uniform climbed out of the van and moved to the driver’s side of their car before yanking the door open, he said. They then allegedly threw him into the back of the van without explanation.
"One of the policemen approached me and asked what I was prepared to give them in exchange for my husband’s release,” said Martie.
She gave him the R400 she had on her.
However, the man asked: “Do you really love your husband? Is there nothing more you can do?” He then allegedly climbed into the driver’s seat of the Toyota and drove toward the Kempton Park police station. The police van followed, she said.
Olivier, who was in the police van, said: “About 200m from the police station I noticed the car pulling off the road, but I thought nothing of it. It’s the police after all.”
At the police station, the policeman driving the van opened the doors at the back and told him he had been caught driving under the influence, but that he was free to go.
The other policeman arrived shortly afterwards in the Toyota with Olivier’s wife in the passenger’s seat. When Olivier climbed into their car, she told him she had been raped.
“She appeared traumatised and I could see her underwear had been torn,” he said.
It was then that he attacked police officers with bare fists. Olivier’s hand was still bandaged on Monday.
“When I returned to the car, my wife was gone. I thought she had run away.”
She allegedly lost consciousness when one of the policemen slammed her head into the dashboard while her husband was inside the police station. There were two policemen in the car with her when her husband was inside the station.
She said she came to on a lounge floor in an unfamiliar house. Her next recollection was of a security guard who woke her in a flowerbed at Boston Business College.
“He asked me why the police had dropped me off there. I couldn’t give him an answer,” she said.
After hours of searching, Olivier said he saw his wife in a traumatised condition walking from the Boston Business College at “exactly 07:20”.
He immediately took her to the police station, after which she was medically examined at a nearby trauma centre, where evidence of a rape was found on her body and dress. She also had visible injuries.
When Beeld saw her, she had an enormous bump on her forehead.
“I have scratch marks and bruises between my legs and on my body. In our car there was also blood from the first time I was raped.”
She was given anti-retroviral medication to protect her against HIV.
The couple laid charges of rape, assault and bribery on Monday.
She told Beeld: “I don’t remember everything exactly. I was so nervous when I had to lay the charge. I didn’t even want to go there. I don’t trust anyone now,” she said.
She is, however, determined to “stay strong”, adding: “Who knows who will be next on their list?”
Gauteng police spokesperson, Superintendent Eugene Opperman, said on Monday that Martie Olivier "was too incoherent" for police to be able to take down her statement after the alleged rape.
Opperman also said Olivier could remember "too little" and couldn't provide enough information.
She was, however, medically examined and the couple's vehicle was also searched. Charges of rape, assault and bribery were finally laid on Monday morning and the couple's statements were taken.
"The case is now being investigated," said Opperman.
Police spokesperson Senior Superintendent Vish Naidoo added that charges of this nature were regarded in a very serious light.

A propensity for swinish living and official corruption is clearly built in to the DNA of this pathetic shower of shite. I'd be so ashamed to be one of them.
SEEN IN PARKING LOT AT MANGAUNG ANC CONFERENCE :
106 BMW X5's, 28 RANGE ROVER SPORTS, 211 BMW 5 or 7 series sedans, 11 MASERATI's, 103 MERCEDES BENZ sedans, 6 HUMMERS, 9 FERRARI's.
Apart from the fact that the tax payer is paying to get all these cars to the conference, paying for the luxury accomodation, decadently luxurious and excessive food and drinks (all free!!), wives, spouses, lovers, friends and family - all catered for - all at tax payers expense.
And we wonder why the govt says they dont have money for RDP housing, proper education system, proper healthcare facilities, proper police force and crime control - and all the other things they promised and haven't honoured !!!!
And this ................
Public sleeping competition - Hosted at the 2012 Budget Speech
and the Winner is....
Sums it up nicely doesn’t it ?
CAN SOUTH AFRICA SURVIVE GIVEN THE FOLLOWING?
The folks who are getting free stuff, don't like the folks who are paying for the free stuff, because the folks who are paying for the free stuff can no longer afford to pay for both the free stuff and their own stuff.
The folks who are paying for the free stuff want the free stuff to stop, and the folks who are getting the free stuff want even more free stuff on top of the free stuff they are already getting!
Now... The people who are forcing the people to pay for the free stuff have told the people who are RECEIVING the free stuff, that the people who are PAYING for the free stuff, are being mean, prejudiced, and racist.
So... The people who are GETTING the free stuff have been convinced they need to hate the people who are paying for the free stuff by the people who are forcing some people to pay for their free stuff, and giving them the free stuff in the first place.
We have let the free stuff giving go on for so long that there are now more people getting free stuff than paying for the free stuff.
Now understand this: all great democracies have committed financial suicide somewhere between 200 and 250 years after being founded. The reason? The voters figured out they could vote themselves money from the treasury by electing people who promised to give them money from the treasury in exchange for electing them. Thomas Jefferson said it best: “Democracy will cease to exist when you take away from those who are willing to work and give to those who would not”.
The number of people now getting free stuff outnumbers the people paying for the free stuff. We have one chance to change that at the next election?
A Nation of Sheep Breeds a Government of Wolves!
I'M 100% for PASSING THIS ON!!!
Let's take a stand!!!
Schooling: A decent pass rate not a manufactured one!
Culture: Western Standards not 40 wives cared for by the tax payers!
Corruption Free; No one with a criminal record has a position in Government!
We the people are coming…
Only 86% will send this on; it should be 100%. What will you do?

It is a nation racked by poverty, where 13 million people survive on less than £1 a day, and two million have no access to a toilet.
Yet as his people struggle in squalor, South African president Jacob Zuma has sparked outrage by spending £17.5 million to upgrade his rural family home.
Lavish works – which include the construction of 31 new houses, an underground bunker accessed by lifts and a helipad – will cost almost as much as the £19 million British taxpayers send to South Africa in annual aid.
Not quite right...South African president Jacob Zuma continues to have a lavish lifestyle despite many parts of his country struggling for survival
The costly upgrade to Zuma’s once-humble home in the village of Nkandla includes Astroturf sports fields and tennis courts, a gymnasium and state-of-the art security systems, including fingerprint-controlled access pads.
And nearby roads have benefited from a further £40 million of improvements.
When African journalists revealed the astronomical cost of the work, Zuma’s ministers turned on the whistle-blowers, saying that revealing the details of ‘top secret’ documents was illegal.
Originally the cost of the project, which began two years ago, was put at £500,000 – but it has since skyrocketed. South African taxpayers are footing most of the bill, although Zuma, a polygamist with four wives and at least 20 children, is said to be contributing £700,000 of his own money – a stretch on his annual £185,000 salary.
More than 150,000 forced off benefits after refusing to participate in Iain Duncan-Smith's back-to-work scheme
However, he also receives a controversial £1.2million in ‘spousal support’ for his wives – despite recently calling on fellow politicians to tighten their belts – and pays only a peppercorn rent of £560 on the tribally owned plot in the Zululand hills where his mansion sits.
Zuma has named his residence a ‘national key point’ – a status invented by the previous paranoid apartheid government – which means it is entitled to security measures ‘in the interests of the nation’.
Bewildering: Work continues on Zuma's 'palace' as 31 buildings in his residence get given the go ahead
Last week he was grilled in parliament about what he and his family were costing the nation, and struggled to answer, protesting that he was unaware of the scale of the work.
‘All the buildings and every room we use in that residence were built by ourselves as family and not by the government,’ he protested. He did not know the amount spent on bunkers, claiming: ‘I don’t know the figures; that’s not my job.’
Under pressure, Zuma has been forced to agree to two investigations: one to probe the spiralling costs at Nkandla, the other to see if there was a breach of parliamentary spending rules.
Support: Zuma, pictured left, remains high in popularity in South Africa much to do with his friendship with Nelson Mandela (right)
‘Nkandlagate’ – as the state-owned media have been banned from calling it – is just the latest scandal to engulf the 70-year-old African National Congress leader. In 2004 he faced trial with his financial adviser Schabir Shaik over racketeering and corruption claims for accepting tens of thousands of pounds in bribes from European arms firms.
Shaik was imprisoned for 15 years, but Zuma’s case was ‘discontinued’ after complicated legal wrangling – even though a judge said there was ‘overwhelming’ evidence of a corrupt relationship between the two men.The following year, a 31-year-old HIV-positive woman accused him of rape. Although he was acquitted, Zuma’s ludicrous claim that he took a shower after sex to prevent contracting HIV made him a laughing stock.
His personal life also came under scrutiny following the 2000 suicide of his first wife, who left a note describing ‘24 years of hell’ with him, and again after the illegitimate birth of another child in 2009. He accused the media of invading his privacy when revealing the scandal.
Meanwhile, South Africa is in an increasingly parlous state, having had its credit rating downgraded following industrial unrest. Workers at the Marikana platinum mine were mown down and killed by armed police last month when they dared to demand better pay. A truck-drivers’ strike later led to more deaths, and last week thousands of farmworkers downed tools in protest at their £4.85 day-rate.
Yet Zuma – who glories in his nickname ‘100 per cent Zulu boy’ – still has substantial support among the people, bolstered by his freedom-fighter credentials, having spent ten years imprisoned on Robben Island alongside Nelson Mandela.
Britain is committed to spending an average of £19 million a year in aid on South Africa until 2015, mainly aimed at reducing HIV. But the Department for International Development is examining how it spends the UK’s aid budget, and recently announced plans to slash the controversial £280 million a year it sends to India.

The violent nature of Blacks.
By Mike Smith
Many white South Africans feel guilty about Apartheid, they feel as if they actually did something evil or bad, but that is totally wrong.
Ex president De Klerk apologised for Apartheid and so did the Dutch Reform Church Dominee, Swanepoel who also started pulling out his intestines about Apartheid and apologised on behalf of the entire church without any mandate from anyone of the congregation. Ds Swanepoel se derm uitrygery oor Apartheid
So when such “leaders” tell us how wrong we were, then we tend to believe them. But let us look at the truth.
Anyone who knows the history of South Africa will know that nobody suffered more on the soil of South Africa, no one has bled as much as the Afrikaners and their descendants the Boers. The Whites of South Africa and specifically the Afrikaners have nothing to be sorry for. In fact the Blacks owe them a tremendous gratitude and a gigantic apology for the way they treated Whites in the last 350 years.
It records the brutality of the Xhosas who would indiscriminately kill white women and white babies during the nine Kaffir wars. Black men are mostly cowards who are only brave when in packs. They actually seldom engage in head on confrontation with White men. When they attack it is always in groups, while people are asleep. Their preferred targets are the elderly, women and children.
A common myth amongst foreigners and South Africans alike is that they think that before the White man came to Africa, Blacks lived in peace and harmony with nature and with each other.
This harmony with nature is not entirely wrong. It is the perception of “In harmony with nature” that is misunderstood.
People want to believe that nature is pure and good and that the lion lies with the lamb, but reality is far removed from that. When one sees how hyenas tear a live animal apart, how a praying mantis bites the head off her mate after copulation how the Streptococcus bacteria can destroy human flesh, one is left with a feeling that nature can be very cruel.
Nature amongst African blacks have always been very cruel. Blacks who supposedly lived in tune with nature were regularly eaten by lions, crocodiles, bitten by snakes, stung by scorpions and their numbers controlled by insects like the mosquito (Malaria) or the Tsetse fly(sleeping sickness). Yellow fever and Cholera were other forms of nature to control the numbers of Blacks...
But it has to be said that before the white people came to Africa, the most effective way Blacks controlled their own populations were with genocidal tribal wars...and cannibalism.
Let me point out some of the psyche of the Blacks in order to try and understand his petty jealousy and envy.
Amongst the Black communities it is not allowed for individuals to show ingenuity or individualistic prosperity. The moment one Black person starts to rise a little above the others, he will be the first one to be hammered down by the community like a nail in a wooden floor. Those who do prosper are ostracised by their black tribes and it will be said of them that they are not real blacks that they are whites with a black skin...
That mentality still persists to this day, but this petty envy is accompanied with an inbred, inextinguishable, brutality that the whites of Africa came face to face with and learned about the hard way.
Ever since the white man set foot on South African soil, he has been shocked and horrified at the brutality of the blacks. No matter how much the whites wanted to believe in the “equality of man”, they were sadly confronted only with the brutality and reality of Stone Age savages.
Blacks of central Africa sold other blacks they have conquered into slavery to Arabs, other black tribes and also to whites. The moment one tribe had a bit more than the others, they would be prone to a nocturnal raid by neighbouring tribes who would kill all the men, rape the women and children, steal the cattle and incorporate the women and children into their own tribes.
Tribes who were not strong enough would flee the area. In sub Saharan Africa it meant that nobody wanted to flee north, because they knew it was a desert where they could not survive. So the only way was to flee south. The weakest of the weakest tribes were right in the front, followed by a slightly stronger tribe, followed by ever increasing stronger tribes further north, driving the weaker ones south.
Roundabout the same time that whites first settled in South Africa, black tribes first entered South Africa. They were contemporary settlers of the area now known as South Africa. In some areas whites were the first and in others, blacks were the first.
Blacks moving South and Whites moving north looking for better grazing for their cattle eventually met at the Fish and the Kei rivers around 1770...About 120 years after the Whites first (permanently) settled at the Cape of Good Hope in 1652 . To put it into perspective, it was about the same time as New York was founded in the USA.
Who were these Blacks they met at the Fish River? They were the Xhosa. The Xhosa were fleeing from the Zulus who murdered them en masse. Even until today the word or name “Xhosa” in Zulu is synonymous with the word “coward”.
The animosity between the Xhosas and the Zulus goes back hundreds of years. Mandela and Mbeki, the two previous presidents were both Xhosas, but the current president, Jacob Zuma is a Zulu. Zulus and Xhosas hate each other more than they hate whites and that says a lot.
But why do the other Blacks of South Africa hate the Zulus? It goes back to “King” Shaka. Note I put “King” in inverted commas. Blacks can never be kings of any kind...before one can be a King, one should first be a MAN.
Shaka was a sadistic psychopath who committed genocide on a larger scale than Rwanda has ever seen. The Zulus wiped out entire tribes, entire cultures in what is today known as the Mfecane or Dfecane (Annihilation). Shaka’s terror was so great that Mzilikazi, the chief of the Matabeles fled BACK NORTH...direction where Zimbabwe is today.
Amongst all this chaos arrived the White man in the region of the Xhosas. They fought nine “Wars” against the Xhosa between 1811 and 1879. The Frontier Wars, Kaffir wars or Xhosa wars
Everytime the wars were about Xhosas stealing cattle and other livestock, burning down homesteads, killing not only white farmer families in the most horrific torturing ways, but also the coloureds who worked for the whites.
It was at the time of the sixth Kaffir war that Piet Retief decided to trek with the other Voortrekkers.
Piet Retief and his party thought they could negotiate and buy land from the Zulus, but they were massacred on a hill at the kraal of the Zulu King, Dingaan when they respected the wishes of Dingaan to leave their weapons outside.
Every man and boy, around 100 in total, were clubbed to death. Retief was the last to be killed, so as to witness the death of his comrades.
Dingaan then ordered all Voortrekker laagers to be attacked along the Bushman’s River. An orgy of violence started. Families were camped at Bloukrans, Dorinkop, Moordspruit, etc. Cowardly blacks would attack them during the middle of the night, killing everyone in the most horrific ways. Women were brutally gang raped and pregnant women were cut open, their babies killed in front of them while they still lived. Small children and babies were picked up by their feet and their heads smashed against the sides of the wagons.
Among the Voortrekkers , 41 men, 56 women and 185 children were killed. In addition another 250 or 252 Khoikhoi and Basuto that accompanied the Voortrekkers were killed. A girl called Johanna van der Merwe (12 years old at the time) sustained 21 assegai wounds, but managed to survive.
The Voortrekkers built the town Weenen (meaning wailing) at the site.
The Bloukrans Massacre
Throughout the following decades up until the present day the whites of South have experienced this petty envy and brutality at the hands of blacks. Examples are legion. Boers retaliated at Makapansgat where blacks savagely murdered whites in the most horrific ways. Hermanus Potgeter was tied down to a rock bed and skinned alive like an animal while still conscious, he died while the blacks ripped his organs out.
More lately we saw the brutal black on black murders with the necklace method . We saw blacks storming into white churches with AK 47’s and hand grenades, opening fire on the unarmed congregation such as at the St James Church massacre. We have seen everything from brutal Muti murders to the evil torture preceding the brutal killings of White farmers and their family members in Rhodesia, Namibia and also in South Africa, most of the time nothing stolen. More than 3000 White farmers and family members murdered to date since the ANC took over in 1994.
It is necessary to reiterate that this violent nature of blacks are not directed at whites only, so the black behaviour apologetics who claim that this behaviour is retribution for wrongs committed by whites against blacks, have no leg to stand on, because most often than not this black violent nature is directed at their own kind as we have seen with Shaka’s defecane, Muti murders and necklacing.
No, this brutality, this murderous, stealing and other asocial behaviour of Blacks could never and can never be reconciled with the behaviour of the deeply religious and pious Boers of South Africa.
This violent behaviour of blacks was one of the rationales for Apartheid. The other was cultural differences. More on that in the next edition. For now it is important to realise that whites in South Africa never wanted to rule blacks. Whites wanted to separate from blacks and stay as far away from blacks as possible.

Cape Town - An altercation at the scene of an accident near Franschoek where a vehicle transporting sheep overturned, has resulted in a paramedic being manhandled into a police van.
Garth van Zyl, from Medicare EMR, was arrested on Tuesday for obstructing police in carrying out their duties after, at the request of the fire chief, he helped to secure the scene.
"The fire chief asked a member of the police to park his van in the lane in which the rescue was taking place. The accident scene was between two blind corners, the most dangerous being the corner uphill of the accident," Van Zyl said.
It is alleged the police officer refused to because he had damaged a police vehicle previously and is being held responsible for the costs of repair.
When Van Zyl's co-worker remonstrated with the officer he swore at the medics telling them to "fokkof".
The police officer then left the scene of the accident to fetch a colleague at the Franschhoek police station, claims Van Zyl, who then assisted with securing the scene.
When the two police officers returned to the scene they arrested the paramedic and forcibly marched him to their van.
On a video taken at the scene, Van Zyl can be heard voicing concern about his broken leg at which point they threaten to use "necessary force" and lock him up in the back of the vehicle.
At this point the fire chief again pleads with the police to help with traffic control and making the scene of the accident safe for the rescue teams to work, but the officers were more interested in "sorting this guy [Van Zyl] out", as he was "disturbing them".
A second police van eventually comes to the fire chief's assistance.
Various attempts to obtain comment from police proved fruitless.
The Cansa Branch Manager underneath the entry the thieves
SAPS Constables refuse to help after Cansa is robbed.
22 January 2013 | Riaan van Zyl
When the employees of Cansa arrived at their offices on Monday morning 21 January they discovered to their shock that they have been burgled.
They immediately contacted ADT (their security company) and SAPS ( for insurance purposes a docket has to be opened), due to the fact that for unknown reasons the alarm did not go off, according to a Cansa spokesman.
Both the spokesperson and branch manager wants to stay anonymous out of fear of being victimised.
The security company arrived and shortly afterwards a SAPS vehicle with both a male and female constable.
The spokesperson said that they did not announce themselves an did a three minute search of the premises with the members of the security company before getting back in their vehicle.
The spokesperson then approached them and asked them where they were going at which one of them replied "you do not need us here, because you were on the phone". (He was on the phone to inform Cansa head office of the incident).
He found their attitude unacceptable and started walking back to the building to contact Roodepoort Police station's Station Commander. The female constable then jumped out and threw a tantrum shouting at him "we are not the ordinary public! We are above the Public!".
One of the spokesperson's friends caught the whole affair on video.
Because he could not reach Station Commander, Colonel Ndebele, he got hold of Colonel Van Rooyen who said the incident will be investigated. The spokesperson said that he is also going to bring it under the attention of General Petros.
The total value, including damage to the property, amounts to R150 000. Computers with expensive software on it, donation tins and the petty cash in the safe, which was grinded open, were stolen.
The Record contacted Gauteng Provincial Spokesperson, Luitenant Colonel Dlamini, for comment but he asked that a report of the incident must be emailed to him. The Record awaits his reply.

“Worrying about the future is - and always has been - a central aspect of being a South African. Since 1652 visitors to our country have generally concluded that ’it is a lovely place - but cannot possibly last for another five years’. However‚ time and time again‚ experience has proved that the pessimists were wrong‚” he told the Swiss Chamber South Africa in Zurich on Tuesday.
“At the moment‚ South Africa is once again experiencing serious international PERCEPTION PROBLEMS. They arise from the news coverage of a number of recent and current developments in the country‚” he added.
In his speech‚ de Klerk said that it was important to retain balance in one’s assessment of the complex SA society.
“In fact‚ South Africa has‚ on the whole‚ done pretty well since 1994‚” he noted.
He said that SA was regarded as an international model for democracy‚ constitutionalism‚ human rights and THE RULE OF LAW.
"SA had experienced 18 years of economic growth‚ only briefly interrupted in 2009."
Treinwaens in Jhb aan die brand gesteek
Chaos ná trein in Kaapstad brand
Drie treinwaens is Dinsdagmiddag by die Woodstock-stasie in Kaapstad vernietig. Vier pendelaars is beseer en is na die Groote Schuur-hospitaal geneem.
Metrorail sê beide brande was waarskynlik weens brandstigting.
Mosenngwa Mofi, uitvoerende hoof van Metrorail, sê die maatskappy doen ‘n beroep op hulp van alle wetgewers om ‘n einde te bring aan die vernietiging van sy bates.
